Section 31 Submission Requirements (NG-CDF Act 2015)
All constituency project proposals must emanate from ward-level public participation forums convened by the NG-CDFC. The proposals are verified by the relevant county technical department, approved by the Constituency Committee, and submitted to the National Board for statutory evaluation before funds are disbursed to Project Management Committees (PMCs).
