All public works procurement is conducted strictly in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015. Tenders are published openly on this portal and the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP). Evaluations are performed by the Tender Evaluation Committee based on preliminary, technical, and financial criteria. Contract award notices disclosing the winning firm, award sum, and beneficial ownership are publicly displayed on the Tenders page.

In compliance with national statutory directives, at least 30% of the total value of all procurement contracts awarded each financial year is strictly reserved for enterprises owned by Youth, Women, and Persons with Disabilities (AGPO). Eligible firms must hold a valid National Treasury AGPO Registration Certificate.
